Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Muto Studio provides refunds, accepts cancellations, and terminates services.<\/p><p>By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, in addition to our Terms &amp; Conditions and any applicable Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW).<\/p><hr \/><h3>1. Project-Based Services<\/h3><p>Project-based services include, but are not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Website Design &amp; Development<\/li><li>Software Development<\/li><li>Mobile Application Development<\/li><li>Branding &amp; Visual Identity<\/li><li>UX\/UI Design<\/li><li>eCommerce Development<\/li><li>AI Solutions<\/li><li>Digital Strategy<\/li><li>Custom Integrations<\/li><\/ul><p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects begin once the required initial payment has been received.<\/p><hr \/><h3>2. Non-Refundable Deposits<\/h3><p>Project deposits secure production capacity, planning resources, and project scheduling.<\/p><p>For this reason:<\/p><ul><li>Initial deposits are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once work has commenced.<\/li><li>Deposits compensate for planning, research, discovery, project management, and resource allocation.<\/li><li>If work has not yet started, Muto Studio may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial or full refund.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>3. Client Cancellation<\/h3><p>Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.<\/p><p>If cancellation occurs:<\/p><ul><li>All completed work performed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.<\/li><li>Outstanding invoices become immediately due.<\/li><li>Completed deliverables paid for by the Client will be transferred after all outstanding balances have been settled.<\/li><li>Work not yet performed will not be invoiced.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. Cancellation by Muto Studio<\/h3><p>Muto Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when:<\/p><ul><li>Invoices remain unpaid.<\/li><li>The Client materially breaches the agreement.<\/li><li>Required information or approvals are repeatedly withheld.<\/li><li>The Client requests activities that are illegal, unethical, or outside the agreed scope.<\/li><li>Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct is directed toward our personnel.<\/li><\/ul><p>Whenever reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided.<\/p><hr \/><h3>5. Monthly Services<\/h3><p>Monthly services may include:<\/p><ul><li>Digital Marketing<\/li><li>SEO<\/li><li>Paid Advertising Management<\/li><li>Website Maintenance<\/li><li>Hosting Management<\/li><li>Technical Support<\/li><li>AI Automation Support<\/li><li>Content Management<\/li><\/ul><p>Monthly agreements automatically renew according to the applicable Service Agreement unless terminated in writing.<\/p><p>Either party may terminate recurring services by providing <strong>30 days&#8217; written notice<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement.<\/p><hr \/><h3>6. Subscription Billing<\/h3><p>Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.<\/p><p>Once a billing cycle has started:<\/p><ul><li>Charges are generally non-refundable.<\/li><li>Services remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>7. Change Requests<\/h3><p>Clients may request changes during a project.<\/p><p>Changes outside the approved scope may require:<\/p><ul><li>Additional fees.<\/li><li>Revised timelines.<\/li><li>A formal Change Order.<\/li><li>A revised Statement of Work.<\/li><\/ul><p>Muto Studio will communicate the impact of requested changes before implementation.<\/p><hr \/><h3>8. Client Delays<\/h3><p>Projects depend on timely collaboration.<\/p><p>If required materials, approvals, or feedback are delayed by the Client:<\/p><ul><li>Project timelines may be adjusted.<\/li><li>Production schedules may be rescheduled.<\/li><li>Additional fees may apply if significant re-planning becomes necessary.<\/li><\/ul><p>Projects inactive for more than <strong>60 consecutive days<\/strong> may be considered abandoned.<\/p><p>Reactivation may require a new project schedule and additional setup fees.<\/p><hr \/><h3>9. Third-Party Services<\/h3><p>Many projects rely on third-party products and services, including:<\/p><ul><li>Webflow<\/li><li>Shopify<\/li><li>WordPress<\/li><li>Google<\/li><li>Meta<\/li><li>Stripe<\/li><li>HubSpot<\/li><li>Cloudflare<\/li><li>Hosting providers<\/li><li>Domain registrars<\/li><li>Software licenses<\/li><\/ul><p>Fees paid directly to third-party providers are governed by their own refund and cancellation policies and are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> through Muto Studio.<\/p><hr \/><h3>10. Digital Deliverables<\/h3><p>Due to the nature of digital services:<\/p><ul><li>Completed design work<\/li><li>Source code<\/li><li>Digital assets<\/li><li>Creative deliverables<\/li><li>Consulting services<\/li><li>Strategy sessions<\/li><li>Workshops<\/li><li>AI-generated deliverables<\/li><\/ul><p>are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once delivered.<\/p><hr \/><h3>11.
