Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are quoted in <strong>U.S. Dollars (USD)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->Payments may be made by ACH, wire transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->Project-based services generally require a <strong>50% advance payment<\/strong> before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed project milestones or upon completion.<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->Monthly service agreements are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle and are payable within <strong>five (5) business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->Overdue invoices may incur a <strong>1.5% monthly late fee<\/strong>, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->Muto Studio reserves the right to suspend ongoing work when invoices remain unpaid for more than <strong>15 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><!-- \/wp:separator --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and non-public information exchanged during the engagement.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This obligation remains effective for <strong>two (2) years<\/strong> following termination of the business relationship unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><!-- \/wp:separator --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
